1.   Where is Omuodukwu Layout (OL) located? It’s situated Igburuigiri, M-10 (Trans Onne) Road, Omuodukwu Community, Igwuruta.

2.   Who is the Developer and Owner of OL? EDIGOR ESTATES LTD and OMUODUKWU COMMUNITY, respectively.

3.   What is the price per residential plot/payment scheme?

Promo Price (Residential Area): N900,000 outright. Installment is allowed but must be paid up within 1^st Quarter of 2014. Any extension shall be surcharged at 10% of the sale amount and shall not exceed June 2014.

4. How long shall the promo last? The promo is subject to availability and price is subject to upward review at anytime.

5. What is the size of a plot at OL? Full plot size is 465sqm (100/50 approx)

6. Is there commercial area, what is the price?

There are commercial plots in designated commercial areas. Promo Price per commercial plot is N1.2m

7. What happens if the plot I am allotted is bigger or smaller than the standard size?

If you are allotted a bigger plot (corner plot) a prorated amount shall be surcharged in addition to standard plot price and vice versa

8. Is there any encumbrance on the land?

The land is free from any known government acquisition/interest. No adverse claimant, bush entry or matching ground required.

9. Which other institutions /access routes surround OL?

OL is strategically situate along the 6-lane dual carriage road to the new stadium; within 5mins’ drive to the International airport; close to Salvation Ministries and several other existing and upcoming institutions. It is positioned in the neighbourhood of an active and fast developing community and buyers can develop immediately

10. What other payments am I expected to make before gaining access to my plot?

Survey and Deed of Conveyance – N80,000 (optional)

11. When will my plot(s) be allotted to me?

Immediately at completion of payment for the land. Possession taken after execution of survey and deed.

12. Shall there be any restriction as to type of building I can do?

Yes, you are restricted to build residential structures within the area designated for residential and commercial structures on areas designated for commercial. However, you are at liberty to subscribe to any of our prototype buildings in the designated area.

13. Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allotment and possession?

However, allottees are encouraged to secure their land immediately in order to avoid weeds. No penalties charged for non-development.

14. Where can I make payments? You can make payment at our office by raising a bank draft or cheque in favour of EDIGOR ESTATES LIMITED.

15. Can EDIGOR ESTATES LIMITED help with building designs, constructions and supervisions? Yes.
